Wild West Honey is a small-scale hobby on our 65 acre full bush property that backs onto 70,000 acres of the Julimar Forest.

My honey is exactly as the bees intended: raw and untreated. I don’t believe in high-heat pasteurization or fine-pressure filtering.

By keeping things simple and small-scale, I ensure that all the “good stuff”—the natural enzymes, local pollens, and medicinal properties—stays right there in the jar.

My unique wildflower blend captures the nectar of Tea Tree, Melaleuca, and our iconic Grass Trees, creating a taste that is truly Western Australia.
